Yet she hesitates.
I have not got a team. She excuses. I don't have the financial backing to run it. I am not sure I will be able to pull it off.

She has heard all the speech from motivators, great men and books. She is obviously well prepared if speech can be called basis. She has spoken to them and yet she she holds back. She has her plans but she doesn't strike. She Procrastinates!!

She is scared. The days roll. Time ticks and with every passing day, she is closing in on the day and she hasn't done anything yet.
This is not motivation. She has heard enough of it. She knows that if she doesn't do this now, it will taunt her for the rest of her life. This personal legend will haunt her and she may never believe in dreams again.
Look at her, her hands are fidgety. She is scared - stupid scared.
Maybe she will rise from fear, because she has seen others do it and she knows it is possible.. she knows what she needs to do.
I hope she stops hesitating and realizes that she is the one holding back.
